Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Newdge, you're agreeing to these terms.

What Newdge is

Newdge is a daily news feed: we select stories from public news sources, and generate short AI summaries of each. We link back to the original article on every card — we're not republishing full articles, and we're not the original source.

Accounts

You need an account to use Newdge, and you must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account.

Plans & billing

Newdge offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly. Pro auto-renews until you cancel — you can cancel any time from Settings, and you'll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record for the transaction.

Refunds: see our Refund Policy — in short, we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges.

Acceptable use

Don't use Newdge to break the law, interfere with the service, try to access other users' accounts, or scrape/republish our content at scale. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Content, sources & AI

Headlines and summaries on Newdge are generated by AI from the linked source article — we tell you this directly on every page where they appear. We aim for accuracy, but AI-generated summaries can occasionally be wrong or miss context; the full story is always one tap away via the source link. We don't own the underlying news content — it belongs to its original publishers, and Newdge exists to point you toward it, not replace it.

Intellectual property

The Newdge name, logo, and app design are ours. The news content we link to belongs to its respective publishers.

No warranty

Newdge is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular summary is fully accurate.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes that result from using or not using Newdge — including inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries.

Termination

You can stop using Newdge and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use Newdge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
